Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure.
• Certified First Aider certification.
• Around 3 years of nursing or occupational health experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office apps.
• Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced project environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and immediate care to injured employees.
• Coordinate referrals to doctors, specialists, or hospitals.
• Maintain injury and treatment records and report incidents.
• Support injury management and rehabilitation processes.
• Assist in return-to-work plans and programs.
• Conduct follow-ups with injured employees and rehab concerns.
• Coordinate health-related training and wellness initiatives.
• Support organizational health and wellbeing activities.
