Job summary

ATAL Engineering Group in Hong Kong is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Officer to support EHS management across projects. You will help prepare risk assessments, review EHS documents and conduct trainings to promote safety, health, and compliance.

The role requires a Registered Safety Officer with 2+ years in construction EHS, strong English/Chinese communication, and immediate availability if possible. A hands-on, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Science/ Engineering disciplines.
• A Registered Safety Officer with at least 2 years' construction EHS experience.
• Experience with Confined Space Work is preferable.
• Good communications skills.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediately available is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing EHS documentation including risk assessments and EHS instructions.
• Coordinate, plan, implement and report EHS inspections and audits for projects/sites.
• Improve EHS standards and advise on corrective actions for malpractices.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports withPreventive recommendations.
• Plan and deliver EHS trainings and promotions for staff and workers.
• Carry out other reasonable duties as required.
