Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks a qualified individual for banking operations support. You will supervise payment processing, including Autopay and FPS transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Banking, Business Administration, or Finance, possess strong analytical skills, and be self-motivated. Fresh graduates will be considered for this role.

Qualifications

• Matriculated, Degree holder in Banking / Business Administration / Finance is preferred.
• Banking experience is preferrable.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Self‑motivated with analytical mind.
• Candidate with Certified Banker qualification is an advantage.

Job description

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Operations Support, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervision to service of Paper & Electronic clearing, Payment Collection, Autopay, FINI,FPS, MPF, Transaction Processing and Fixed Deposit.

Responsibilities

• Process the Autopay, FPS & MPF Administration transactions compliant with internal policies and local regulatory requirements
• Perform maker role for Autopay, FPS & MPF Administration to check and reconcile relevant documents, vouchers, reports to ensure accuracy and completion within service standard
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned
• Perform back-up function to Operations Support teams

Qualifications and attributes

• Matriculated, Degree holder in Banking / Business Administration / Finance is preferred
• Banking experience is preferrable
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good PC knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated with analytical mind
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered
• Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant)
