Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced banking operations supervisor to oversee paper and electronic clearing, CCASS and FINI processing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will lead daily processing, perform checks, reconcile documents, and prepare management reports.

The role requires a degree and at least five years in banking with supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above.
• Minimum 5 years banking experience with 2 years supervisory.
• Experience in centralized processing and management function preferred.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process the Paper and Electronic clearing, CCASS and FINI transactions per policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Perform checker and supervisor roles for Paper & Electronic clearing, CCASS and FINI transactions to check and reconcile relevant documents, vouchers, reports to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor the proper status of all activities in the Department and prepare regular and ad hoc management reports to superior.
• Lead the administration, processing and operations in the Department to ensure compliance with established procedure.
• Assist with regulatory and ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Perform back-up function to Operations Support teams.

Job description

You will beresponsible for monitoring and supervision to service of Paper Cheque and Electronic clearing, CCASS and FINI.Cross team support to Payment Collection, Autopay, FPS, Transaction Processing and Fixed Deposit might be required when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Process the Paper and Electronic clearing, CCASS and FINItransactions compliant with internal policies and local regulatory requirements
• Performchecker and supervisorrole for Paper & Electronic clearing,CCASS and FINI transactionsto check and reconcile relevant documents, vouchers, reports to ensure accuracy and completion within service standard
• Monitor the proper status of all activities in the Department and prepare regular and ad hoc management report to superior
• Lead the administration, processing and operations in the Department to ensure compliance with established procedure
• Assist withregulatory andad hoc projects as assigned
• Perform back-up function to Operations Support teams

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• Degree holder or above
• At least 5 years banking experience with 2 years supervisory level, preferably in operations with emphasis on centralized processing and management function
• Experience in Branch operations is an advantage
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good PC knowledge
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with analytical mind
