Job summary

Link in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Officer – Fresh Market to oversee operation strategies acrossFresh Market assets and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders. You will drive property management services and ensure smooth daily operations while supervising contractors for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proactive, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Experience in Fresh Market, retail, property management, or operations management is an advantage.
• HOLDER of a PMSO Licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to implement operational strategies for Fresh Market assets.
• Deliver quality property management services and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance of contractors to maintain service excellence.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotions to enhance market vibrancy and customer engagement.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints from tenants and customers.
• Manage tenancy matters including handover, repossession, and lease enforcement.
• Support operational improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and contribute to operational excellence.

Job Duties

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement operational strategies, policies, and initiatives for Fresh Market assets.
• Deliver quality property management services and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor the performance of security, cleaning, customer service, and maintenance contractors to maintain service excellence.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance market vibrancy and customer engagement.
• Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints from tenants, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage tenancy-related matters, including premises handover, repossession and lease enforcement.
• Support operational improvement initiatives and undertake ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and contribute to the team's operational excellence.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
