Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking candidates for roles within the Corporate Payment Services team, focusing on end-to-end payment processing and reconciliation. The role requires experience in corporate payment operations, knowledge of interbank systems, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate remittance, cross-border payments, or banking payment operations.
• Familiarity with local interbank payment systems, clearing mechanisms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of FX dealer slip matching and payment channel routing.
• Solid background in day-end reconciliation and regulatory report preparation.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight cut-off times.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Process corporate inward and outward remittance transactions and cross-border payments.
• Perform balance checks, signature verifications, and determine payment channel routing.
• Match FX dealer slips and make sound operational judgments.
• Conduct day-end reconciliations and ensure proper registrations and accounting.
• Prepare dynamic regulatory reports in compliance with HKMA requirements.
• Provide ongoing administrative support across transaction processing areas as directed.

• Perform balance checks, signature verifications, and determine appropriate payment channel routing.
• Match foreign exchange dealer slips and make sound operational judgements during processing.
• Conduct day-end reconciliations to ensure all transactions are properly registered and accounted for.
• Prepare dynamic regulatory reports in compliance with statutory and HKMA requirements.
• Provide ongoing administrative support across transaction processing areas as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist with special operational assignments and cross-departmental support as required by the Group Head.
