  • Proven ability to coordinate meetings involving senior executives and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provides high-quality administrative support to the Head of Group Compliance and the Head of Risk and Compliance Management Office, together with their teams, in a professional and responsive manner.
  • Maintains efficient and well-organized department operations.
  • Act as the central coordination point for departmental administrative matters, projects, events and ad hoc assignments.
  • Build strong working relationships with executive assistants, administrative teams and external counterparts, and liaise professionally to coordinate meetings and manage logistics.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external meetings, including meetings involving senior management and external stakeholders, by scheduling meetings, consolidating agendas and materials, and arranging related logistics.
  • Provide administrative support across departmental systems, access management, procurement, expense processing and office administration.
  • Coordinate staff onboarding/offboarding, equipment and asset management, and departmental reporting activities.
  • Maintain departmental records and liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to support the smooth operation of the Group Compliance function.

Job description

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative, operational and coordination support to the Group Risk & Compliance Division, reporting to the Head of Group Compliance. This role serves as a central point of contact for Group Compliance’s departmental administration, ensuring the efficient coordination of meetings and the effective administration of departmental operations. In addition, the role will also support the Risk and Compliance Management Office (RCMO), where organization of risk related committees, key internal and external stakeholder meetings, and Risk & Compliance divisional activities will require assistance.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally coordinate meetings and interact effectively with senior management, executive assistants, internal stakeholders and external parties.

Department Administration
