Job summary

Hong Kong Trade Development Council is seeking an Administration Officer to join the Administration Department. The role covers local and overseas postal matters, mail/document sorting, delivery services, and general office facilities support across locations.

We require at least 2 years’ experience in office operations, good English, and a team-oriented attitude. The position follows a 5-day work week with standard office hours and offers a stable career path within a government-backed trade

Qualifications

  • F.5 standard with an understanding in English.
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in office operations.
  • Responsible, polite, stable and good team player.
  • Basic PC skills, MS Office (Excel, Word) advantageous.

We are seeking a dynamic, high-caliber, and experienced professional to join our Administration Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage local and overseas postal matters (document and parcel)
  • Manage mail & document sorting and distribution
  • Provide efficient document delivery/collection services, among office locations and to/ from designated locations
  • Assist in general administration support and office facilities services, such as counter services and event venue/room setting, etc.
  • Conduct routine office facilities checking
  • Perform outdoor work and ad-hoc duties as and when required
  • Work hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Mon – Fri (5-day work week)
Requirements:
  • F.5 standard with an understanding in English
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in office operations, preferably in multi-national or sizable companies
  • Responsible, polite, stable and good team player
  • Basic PC skills, command of MS office (i.e. Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing) will be advantageous
Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
