Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong seeks a Front Office Supervisor to oversee VIP guest services and ensure feedback and incidents are addressed promptly.

You will lead the Hotel’s Emergency Response Team during night shifts, coordinate regular training, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and Front Office operations required; English, Cantonese and Putonghua fluency essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management.
• At least 5 years in Front Office of sizable hotels.
• 3 years in supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and Front Office systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise VIP guest services and address feedback/incidents promptly.
• Lead Emergency Response Team during night shifts and training.
• Address security, health and safety per hotel policies.
• Review and approve Opera PMS night audit reports.
