Job summary

Harbour Grand (H.K.) Resources Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Front Desk/Guest Services leader to oversee operations in the absence of department heads. The role requires ensuring high-quality guest services and maintaining strong relationships with guests while guiding the team through daily challenges.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in hotel operations with 2 years in a supervisory role, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and proficient in Opera.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hotel operations experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role in Front Desk or Guest Services.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Neat and well groomed appearance.
• Knowledge of Opera system.
• Senior GSM consideration for more experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent management and take charge in the absence of Department heads.
• Provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all times.
• Maintain smooth relationships between management and guests; resolve problems from guest complaints; attend inquiries with dispatch and report all guest complaints, compliments and suggestions to management.
• Maintain comments and complaints relating to service standards and take any necessary action to achieve the highest level of hospitality service.
