Job summary

St. James' Settlement in Wan Chai seeks a Project Coordinator to bridge project teams and IT vendors, oversee digital platform development, and ensure on-time delivery of subsidized programs.

The role includes NGO outreach to promote the Charity Today model, coordinating cross-functional teams, and gathering user feedback to drive platform improvements while building strong relationships with partners and government bodies.

Qualifications

• Must hold an associate degree or higher in any discipline.
• Five passes in HKCEE including English and Chinese OR five passes in DSE including English and Chinese at level 3 or above.
• Approximately 2 years of NGO, social service, project coordination or business development experience.
• Strong interest in digital products (mobile apps & web) with ability to work with technical teams.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• A proactive, outgoing team player with interpersonal and presentation skills; able to network with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Digital Platform Coordination: bridge project team and IT vendors; monitor development progress and suggest enhancements.
• NGO Outreach & Onboarding: promote the Charity Today model to NGOs and assist adoption.
• Promotion & Communication Strategy: develop and implement digital marketing, events and content for visibility.
• Stakeholder Networking: maintain relationships with corporate partners, government and other organisations.
• Product Operations & User Feedback: collect NGO feedback and translate into platform improvements; assist in testing.
• Project Execution: manage day-to-day operations to ensure subsidized programs are delivered on schedule.
