SW8479 | 03 May 2023 Project Administrator (IT Project)
- Perform project management administration and operation for supporting the implementation of IT systems in Charities projects.
- Provide support in stakeholder and vendor management ensuring that project tasks are implemented efficiently while upholding the HKJC's standards.
- Provide technical support in procurement process, budgeting estimation, and various IT related aspects.
- Implement backlogs, follow up on reported bugs, configure on workflow, and manage systems’ change requests and processes.
- Perform system administration tasks including user account and access right management.
- Perform analytical review to determine business requirement and design for enhancement to the Charities Grant Management System.
- Work collaboratively with Charities teams, grantees, external stakeholders (incl. system vendors) and JC IT team in daily operation and system support.
- Design and create reports and dashboards based on user needs.
- Support internal users and grantees in using the Portal through hosting training, hosting regular support Q&A online sessions, troubleshooting, and managing helpdesk services.
- Manage data entry assignments and other database maintenance tasks as needed.
- Provide technical support in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for any initiative in system development for the Charities.
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
- A minimum of four years’ relevant experience in IT-related project management.
- A degree / Higher Diploma with Business, Operations Management, Information Technology & Systems, or related disciplines.
- Project management skills and be able to handle multiple projects with tight deadline.
- Effective oral and written communications in both English and Chinese as well as the ability to work effectively across internal stakeholders and external organizations.
- Experience in IT system development, managing vendors, preparing user requirements collection and documentation, business improvement processes and data analysis.
- Good computer skills in project management tool, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
