Job summary

St. James’ Settlement is seeking an IT business analyst to support the digital platform for the Early Detection and Intervention for Children and Youth in At-Risk Families Project in Hong Kong.

You will gather business and user requirements, support system implementation, testing, and deployment, and coordinate UAT and issue tracking. The role requires a degree in IT/CS/IS, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Experience in requirements gathering, UAT, issue management, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and user requirements.
• Support system implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Coordinate UAT, issue tracking, and vendor follow-up.
• Provide user onboarding, training, and first-line system support.
• Manage user access, system administration, and documentation.
• Monitor system performance, data quality, and user feedback.
