Job summary

HIKVISION is seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee full-cycle integration initiatives. You will develop detailed project plans, define scope, timelines, and resource needs while tracking progress and reporting to stakeholders.

You will coordinate with clients, government authorities, and internal teams to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and contract compliance. The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electronic engineering, project management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in security, low-voltage, telecommunications, or intelligent projects.
• Proficient in PMP or Scrum project management methodologies.
• Familiar with network architecture, video coding, storage technology, and common hardware devices.
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills with strong team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of project construction, acceptance, handover, settlement, and collection per contract requirements.

• Organize and participate in project coordination meetings, milestone reviews, and project summary meetings.

Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans

Supervise project outcome quality and adhere to industry standards and company processes

Organize project technical documents, operation manuals, and acceptance materials; provide system usage training to clients or internal teams

About you

Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, electronic engineering, project management, or related fields

At least 3 years of project management experience in security, low-voltage, telecommunications, or intelligent projects

Proficient in project management methodologies such as PMP or Scrum
