Job summary

Speedy Group Corp. Limited is seeking a Network Operations Support Engineer to join our Wan Chai team. This on-site, full-time role focuses on implementing and supporting network and related telecommunications projects, fault reporting, and service delivery for clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computing/Information Technology with at least two years in IT operations support or IT helpdesk. Shift duties apply based on operational needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computing/Information Technology.
• At least 2 years IT operational support or IT helpdesk experience.
• Familiar with corrective and preventive maintenance and real-time operation systems.
• Familiar with Network Management Systems (NMS) and IT ticketing workflow.
• Experience in network, server, video or fibre/mobile systems preferred.
• Good communication with end users and contractors.
• Shift-duty as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network management and supporting systems and communicate with users, project team and contractors.
• Prepare daily fault and system performance reports.
• Coordinate logistic arrangements for contractors for site access and issue resolution.
