Robert Half Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Network Operations Engineer to support critical enterprise infrastructure for mega projects. You will operate, administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco‑based networks to ensure high availability, security, and peak performance across data centers and sites.

The role covers incident management, proactive monitoring, change execution, and thorough documentation. You will collaborate with teams to maintain top‑tier network health and security.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on network operations and engineering experience in enterprise or critical infrastructure environments.
• Solid understanding of Cisco IOS, IOS‑XE and NX‑OS platforms.
• Experience with BGP, OSPF, STP, VLANs, IPsec VPNs, NAT and network segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support high‑availability LAN/WAN, data center, and wireless networks.
• Handle escalation requests, troubleshoot network issues, perform RCA, and resolve outages efficiently.
• Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco hardware including Nexus and Catalyst switches, routers, and Firepower/ASA firewalls.
