Roctec Technology Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a dedicated IT professional to provide on-site network and security support. The role covers technical implementations and collaboration with internal teams, vendors and customers in Hong Kong and Asia.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in IT/engineering, at least two years in PC/LAN hardware support, strong troubleshooting skills, and CCNA is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Medical insurance is offered.

Competenze

• Diploma or above in Computer/Electronic engineering disciplines.
• 2 years or above experience in PC/LAN hardware support.
• Good troubleshooting and problem analysis abilities.
• CCNA holder is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates will be considered.

Mansioni

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical supports on network and/or security projects
• Provide technical implementations of network and/or security projects co-operating with internal parties, vendors and partners to customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer/Electronic engineering disciplines
• 2 year or above experience in PC/LAN hardware support
• Good troubleshooting skill and problem analysis ability
• CCNA holder is advantage
• Enthusiastic and hardworking
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
