Job summary

Roctec Technology Limited (鷹達科技有限公司) seeks a security professional to design, deploy, and support large-scale network security projects in Hong Kong. You will prepare technical responses and work with internal teams, vendors, and partners to resolve complex issues.

The role requires 2+ years in network and security, plus hands-on experience with major security products and systems. Certifications like CCNA/CISA/CISSP are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of solid experience in network and security.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in complex security environments.
• Experience preparing technical documents and responses (RFI/RFP).
• Certifications such as CCNA, CISA, CISSP or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Implementing various security solutions through deployment, configuration, and integration of system.
• Prepare technical documents in response to requests for information (RFI), requests for proposals (RFP), etc.
• Capable of working under pressure to carry out project and support tasks.
• Technical designs, implementations, and troubleshooting of complex security projects co-operating with internal parties, vendors and partners to customers.

Requirements

• Degree holders in Computer or Information Engineering or related subjects
• 2+ years of solid experience in network and security
• Demonstrate your skill sets in technical domains and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Skills and knowledge of security products, such as Fortinet, Aruba, Mcafee, Radware, Check Point, etc.
• Sold technical support experience in large scale security projects and mission-critical infrastructures an advantage
• Certification in CCNA CISA, CISSP or equivalent will be an advantage.
