Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a accounting/finance degree, have 2 years of experience, and are proficient in SAP with MS Office. English and Mandarin fluency, plus immediate availability, are preferred attributes.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with major in Accounting or Finance.
• 2 years of solid experience in a sizable company with multiple facility lines preferred.
• Proactive with good leadership & problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Accounts Payable operations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions.
• Manage intercompany billing and reconciliation, including clearing outstanding backlogs.
• Assist with month-end closing by preparing supporting schedules and documentation.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
• Perform ad hoc projects or duties.
