Job summary

Kingston-Securities-Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support AP/AR functions, month-end closing and management reporting. The role requires strong ERP experience (SAP), advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and a disciplined, deadline‑driven work style.

You should bring 3–5 years in accounting or auditing, with at least 3 years in clerical/accounting duties, and willingness to handle full set of accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Full set of accounts and monthly end closing experience.
• Experience in accounts payable is preferred.
• Experience in receivable and management reporting would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Mainly focus on Account Payable functions.
• Management Reporting, month-end closing, analysis.
• Full set of accounts and monthly end closing; SAP.
• Assist in AR/AP duties and month-end reconciliations.
