Job summary

H.K.S.K.H. Lady MacLehose Centre seeks a Multicultural Teaching Assistant to support non-Chinese-speaking students in developing listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese.

The role focuses on fostering positive study habits and engaging activities that spark interest in Chinese learning. You will work to tailor instruction for diverse learners, collaborate with teachers and communicate with parents to strengthen school-home partnerships while promoting an inclusive school culture.

Qualifications

• Secondary graduates (HKCEE/HKDSE) or above.
• Experience in NGO and able to work immediately is preferable.
• Fluent in English, with native proficiency in Urdu, Nepali or Hindi.
• Passionate in serving non-Chinese communities.
• Good interpersonal skills, independent, self-motivated, open-minded and responsible.
• Sexual Conviction Record check is required.
