International Social Service Hong Kong Branch is seeking a dedicated administrator to assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of programmes for ethnic minorities. You will answer inquiries, handle statistics, reports, and carry out clerical duties, oversee fee payments and basic bookkeeping, and help promote services while building a network of partners.

Service Unit
H.O.P.E. Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities
Assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of all the programmes and activities for ethnic minorities.
Answer general enquiries and receive service users and visitors.
Compile statistics; prepare reports and provide clerical and administrative support.
Manage fee payment of groups, programmes/activities and provide general bookkeeping duties.
Assist in the establishment of the network, promotion and publicity work and services of the team.
Salary dependent on qualifications and experience; medical insurance; MPF and 15 days annual leave on the first year of service.
Proven work experience to assist in the implementation of groups/programmes in the service assigned.
Completed Form 5 / HKDSE / secondary school or above.
Knowledge of the culture of ethnic minorities service users.
Proven experience and ability to create a network of partners, volunteers and support systems to ensure effective programme development.
Good command of oral and written English.
Able to read, write and effectively communicate in Chinese and/or any EM language is an advantage.
Demonstrate positive and self-motivated attitude, and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work in multi-cultural team and work environment.
Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Have a valid work visa and flexibility to work at irregular hours, weekends and holidays as the Centre opens from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm daily except Monday mornings, shift duties is required.
