Job summary
Doo Group in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled platform administrator to manage day-to-day operations on MT4/MT5 Admin and Manager interfaces. The successful candidate will have 8 years of experience in platform administration and be responsible for analyzing server logs, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring stable connectivity.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and is proficient in MT4/MT5 back-end operations. Strong analytical skills and business-level English are advantageous.
Qualifications
- 8 years of MT4/MT5 platform administration experience with hands-on expertise.
- Strong logical ability to quickly isolate technical issues from logs.
- Business-level English is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations on MT4/MT5 Admin and Manager interfaces.
- Retrieve and analyze MT4/MT5 Server Logs and client-side logs.
- Investigate and resolve common platform errors.
- Manage trading symbols, quotes, gateways, and market data feed configurations.
- Address regional server-discovery restrictions to ensure stable connections.
- Monitor server performance metrics and compile technical documentation.
- Assist with Bridge or Liquidity Provider connectivity testing.
