Job description

• Platform Administration: Manage day-to-day operations on MT4/MT5 Admin and Manager interfaces, including account management, Groups configuration, order compression and archiving, and adjustment of plugins or trading parameters.
• Server Log Analysis: Retrieve and analyze MT4/MT5 Server Logs and client-side logs to diagnose root causes of order execution failures, quote delays, or login anomalies.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Investigate and resolve common platform errors such as "Invalid Account," "Off Quotes," and "No Connection," and deliver optimization recommendations.
• Symbol & Market Data Maintenance: Manage trading symbols, quotes, gateways, and market data feed configurations to ensure stable real-time price chart display.
• Connectivity Support: Address regional server-discovery restrictions by guiding users to establish stable connections via domain configuration and network optimization.
• Platform Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor server performance metrics and alerts, compile technical documentation based on log analysis findings, and report regularly to the server team.
• Execution Coordination: Understand trade execution mechanisms and assist with Bridge or Liquidity Provider (LP) connectivity testing to ensure proper order routing.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 8 years of MT4/MT5 platform administration experience, with hands‑on expertise in the Admin/Manager platform required.
• Must-Have Skills: MT4/MT5 Back‑End Proficiency: Skilled in group permission settings, trading rule configuration, and system Cleanup/Archive operations.
• Log Analysis: Strong logical ability to quickly isolate technical issues from large volumes of logs; familiar with log review in both Linux and Windows environments.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Sharp technical insight into pricing issues, execution latency, and network latency symptoms.
• Networking Fundamentals: Solid understanding of DNS, VPNs, and latency principles, with the ability to effectively resolve client connection stability issues.
