Job summary

Finlync Company Limited is seeking a System Administrator to support the deployment, operation, monitoring and optimization of our trading infrastructure in a 24×5 shift environment. You will ensure the availability, stability, performance and security of our trading systems and provide timely technical support for trading-related incidents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in trading system operations, system engineering or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with MT4/MT5 or other trading platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, TCP/IP and VPN.
• Familiarity with SQL/MySQL and basic scripting/programming such as Python.
• Experience with OneZero, PrimeXM, FIX API or similar trading infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, upgrade and maintain trading servers and platform components.
• Manage MT4/MT5 infrastructure, trading servers, data centers and management tools.
• Configure and maintain LP bridges, plugins and third-party APIs.
• Monitor server performance, network latency, connectivity and trading system status.
• Analyze logs, troubleshoot incidents and respond quickly to system or execution issues.
• Provide technical support to Risk, Trading, Customer Service and other internal teams.
• Maintain system security, firewall, DDoS protection, backup and disaster recovery measures.
• Identify infrastructure risks and implement preventive solutions.
• Optimize system architecture and infrastructure to improve stability, latency and execution performance.
• Support automation and operational improvements where applicable.

About you
