Job summary

MIERSHI LIMITED is preparing a Hong Kong Money Service Operator (MSO) licence application and is hiring a hands‑on Compliance Officer / Money Laundering Reporting Officer directly. The initial arrangement is part‑time before licensing; hours and attendance at the Hong Kong office will be agreed with the candidate.

Proposed pay includes HKD 15,000–18,000 gross per month before licensing, a HKD 40,000 one‑off bonus on licence grant, and HKD 25,000–35,000 gross per month after licensing with

Qualifications

• Experience in MSO/C&ED in Hong Kong preferred.
• Able to work in Hong Kong and disclose conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Before licensing, review business plan and AML/CFT documents; develop CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, monitoring and reporting procedures; prepare for C&ED questions and interviews.
• After licensing, perform day‑to‑day CO/MLRO duties, including escalation and STR reporting to JFIU where appropriate.
