Job summary

EVER TOPRICH LIMITED, a Hong Kong-licensed money exchange and remittance company, seeks a vigilant Compliance Officer to oversee AML/CFT policies and licensing compliance. The role focuses on KYC/CDD, risk assessments, and regulatory interactions with C&ED and other authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• Around 3–5 years of solid compliance experience in MSO/ PSP or related industries.
• Knowledge of AML regulations and C&ED requirements is preferred.
• CAMs or HKIB certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC screening tools and MS Office is a plus.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Detail-minded, responsible and able to work with different teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MSO licenses and act as main contact for regulatory inspections and communications with C&ED and other authorities.
• Support daily compliance duties and regulatory liaison.
• Implement KYC, CDD, and transaction monitoring protocols.
• Assist with policy updates, compliance reviews, inspections, and audits.
• Perform routine monitoring, follow up on unusual activities, and support AML system testing.
• Conduct risk assessments, file STRs, and screen for sanctions/PEP/adverse media.
