Job summary

Kaiyiee Global Talent is recruiting a Compliance Officer for our overseas payment business unit in Hong Kong. Based in Wan Chai, you will manage the MSO license and ensure top-tier compliance for online and offline acquiring activities, reporting to the President of the Overseas Payment Business Unit.

Key responsibilities include license management, acquiring compliance, AML/CFT framework, regulator liaison, and advisory on regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience in banking or payments.
• At least 3 years hands-on HK MSO license application, renewal, or management.
• Solid understanding of payment acquiring compliance (online or offline).
• CAMS certification preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Own HK MSO license management, including application, renewal, ongoing compliance.
• Oversee acquiring compliance for local online and offline operations.
• Manage AML/CFT framework and internal controls.
• Liaise with regulators (HK Customs and Excise Department) regarding compliance.
• Provide regulatory advisory to internal stakeholders.
• Expansion to Southeast Asia licenses may be possible based on capability.
