Job summary

Kaiyiee Global Talent in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Compliance professional to manage MSO licensing renewals and oversee compliance for local acquiring activities. You will report directly to the President of the Overseas Payment Business Unit.

The role requires hands-on MSO licensing experience, strong knowledge of HK regulatory requirements, and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese for regulatory communication and reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on MSO licensing experience in HK.
• Strong knowledge of HK regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese for regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage AML framework, internal controls and compliance measures in Hong Kong.
• Implement internal policies to maintain high-quality compliance standards.
• Oversee compliance and AML functions aligned with regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with relevant parties to drive compliance processes.
• Coordinate with regulators and external parties on compliance matters.
• Provide expert advisory on regulatory and compliance issues.
