Job summary

Lane Crawford is a renowned luxury department store seeking individuals to join a fast-moving, trend-driven food and retail concept in Hong Kong. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting in-store food offerings and events, and contribute to commercial targets.

Role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, handling transactions, stock, hygiene, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/food service experience preferred.
• Demonstrate high level of customer service and sales initiatives.
• Agile team player and fast learner; support rotating concepts/offerings.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
• Competent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience with POS systems is an advantage.
