Job summary

Lane Crawford Joyce Group is launching a fast-moving, trend-driven food and retail concept in Hong Kong. The role oversees day-to-day store operations for F&B and Retail, acting as the main contact for new launches, activations and events.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of supervisory experience in premium retail or hospitality, with strong leadership and a passion for luxury retail and premium customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Retail Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in premium retail, department stores, hospitality, F&B or luxury retail.
• Experience managing both retail and food service operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations for F&B and Retail, acting as the main contact for new launches, activations, and events.
• Supervise, coach, and schedule frontline staff, and assist with recruitment and team deployment.
• Enforce SOPs, visual merchandising standards, food safety guidelines, and health & safety regulations.
• Drive sales targets, identify new revenue opportunities, and manage costs and inventory.
• Maintain high service standards, resolve customer escalations, and build loyalty.
• Provide product and brand knowledge across F&B and Retail teams.
• Partner with Store Management to optimize cross-selling and joint opportunities.

The Role

• Oversee day-to-day store operations for F&B and Retail, acting as the main contact for new launches, activations, and events
• Supervise, coach, and schedule frontline staff, while assisting with recruitment and team deployment
• Enforce company SOPs, visual merchandising standards, food safety guidelines, and health & safety regulations
• Drive sales targets, identify new revenue opportunities, and manage operational costs and inventory
• Maintain high service standards, resolve customer escalations, and build long-term customer loyalty
• Act as the subject matter expert to champion product and brand knowledge across the F&B and Retail teams
• Partner with Store Management teams to optimize cross-selling and drive joint business opportunities

The Ideal Candidate

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management, Retail Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in premium retail, department stores, hospitality, F&B, or luxury retail.
• Experience managing both retail and food service operations is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and food retail operations a bonus.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Commercially driven with strong sales acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
• Passionate about luxury retail, gourmet food, and premium customer experiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
