Job summary

A leading European bank is hiring an Associate, Middle Office to provide end-to-end support for Global Markets trading activities across Structured Products, Equity Derivatives, Equity Finance, Swaps, Options, Stocks and Indices.

You will perform trade validation, booking control and first-level trade checks, ensuring accuracy and integrity; manage the full trade life-cycle including amendments and unwinds; monitor corporate actions and TRS activities, and drive process improvements with Front

Qualifications

• Provide end-to-end Middle Office support for Global Markets trading activities, focusing on Structured Products, Equity Derivatives, Equity Finance, Swaps, Options, Stocks and Indices.
• Perform trade validation, booking control, and first-level trade checks to ensure transaction accuracy and integrity.
• Manage the full trade life-cycle, including amendments, cancellations, unwinds and other lifecycle events.
• Monitor and process corporate actions, dividends, cash flows, maturities and TRS related activities.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks and reconciliations in partnership with Front Office, Operations, Risk and Technology teams.
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, UAT testing and automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end Middle Office support for Global Markets trading activities, focusing on Structured Products, Equity Derivatives, Equity Finance, Swaps, Options, Stocks and Indices.
• Perform trade validation, booking control and first-level trade checks to ensure transaction accuracy and integrity.
• Manage the full trade life-cycle, including trade amendments, cancellations, unwinds, early terminations and other product life-cycle events.
• Monitor and process product events, corporate actions, dividends, cash flows, coupons, maturities and TRS related activities.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks, reconciliation discrepancies, and operational issues in partnership with Front Office, Operations, Risk and Technology teams.
• Support business growth and operational excellence through process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, UAT testing and automation projects.
