Job summary

KGI 凱基, a leading financial institution in Asia, seeks a Sales Support professional in Hong Kong. You will coordinate business travels, assist onboarding documentation, support the sales team, and prepare reports to monitor sales initiatives.

The role requires a university degree in Business Administration or Finance, at least 3 years in financial services (KYC/Sales Support preferred), strong analytical skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. HK SFC Type 1 license is ideal.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience within a financial services firm, experience in KYC/Sales Support will be preferred
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Excellent PC skills with good understanding of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ideally with HK SFC Type 1 License
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
