Job summary

KGI Asia Limited is seeking a capable legal professional in Hong Kong to draft standard documents and board resolutions, assist in contracting for trading, derivatives, and asset management, and support legal research.

The role requires a diploma in legal studies or law degree, at least 3 years in legal or financial services, attention to detail, proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and fluency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Diploma in legal studies or university degree in legal or related subjects.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in legal or financial services field.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Drafting standard documents and board resolutions for various board meetings.
• Assisting and coordinating in the preparation, review and/or execution of contracts and documents for trading, derivatives/structured products and asset management activities.
• Assisting and supporting in legal research work.
• Assisting and support in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in legal or financial services field
• Attention to details, and high accuracy
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS word, Excel)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
