Job summary

Arbor in Central, Hong Kong, is seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead a Michelin-star restaurant. You will manage overall restaurant operations and guide the service team to deliver extraordinary guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in luxury hotels or western fine dining, strong wine and spirits knowledge, and exceptional people management. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) is required.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in luxury hotels or western fine dining restaurants.
• Solid experience in managing a luxury restaurant.
• Sound knowledge in wine & spirits.
• Excellent interpersonal, people management and problem-solving skills.
• Presentable, independent, customer-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall restaurant operations and lead the professional service team to provide excellent customer service.
• Report to the Restaurant Director and ensure smooth daily operations at a Michelin Star restaurant in Central.
