Job summary

Kao (Hong Kong) Ltd seeks a Merchandising Supervisor to provide day-to-day operational support, coordinating with departments and outsourced agencies to ensure smooth execution of tasks and project delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in merchandising or promoter supervision, strong English and Chinese communication, and solid MS Office skills. Experience in supermarket/drug store chains is a plus, with a proactive, multi-tasking mindset.

Qualifications

• Form 5 or above.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in merchandising or promoter supervision.
• Experience in administrative work within supermarket chains, drug chains or department stores will be highly preferrable.
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to multi-task.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Team and prepare various operational reports.
• Coordinate with outsourced agencies to ensure smooth execution of tasks and project delivery.
• Maintain and update internal databases such as price trend monitoring reports and retailer/competitor activities reports.
• Support ad-hoc tasks including daily administrative duties within the department.
