Job summary

Swire Properties is seeking a Project Executive to join a team overseeing the lifecycle of diverse real estate developments. You will contribute to design, construction, and handover, coordinating with consultants and contractors while ensuring quality and timelines.

The role emphasizes innovation, sustainability, and collaboration, with opportunities to engage across engineering disciplines and project planning. Strong organizational and bilingual communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.
• BEAM Pro (new building) / CIC certified BIM coordinator will be advantage
• Solid experience in E&M design and new installation work
• Familiar with statutory submission procedure
• 2–5 years post-graduate experience in building construction industry
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Energetic, self-driven and detail-minded team player
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Building Information Modeling, scheduling and similar project control software

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and tendering; monitor construction progress and handover
• Assist to ensure completion of works on time and safely
• Support cost control and budget management
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors on design, submissions, and workmanship
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Attend meetings with consultants/contractors and monitor progress
• Prepare and update reports and presentation materials
• Assist in budget, cash flow and cost control documentation
• Review E&M design, installation details and proposals
