Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering or related field.
• BEAM Pro (new building) / CIC BIM coordinator certification is a plus.
• Solid experience in E&M design and new installation work.
• Familiar with statutory submission procedures.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and coordinate with consultants.
• Monitor design, procurement and construction progress.
• Prepare reports and update presentation materials.
• Assist in budget, cash flow and cost control.
• Ensure design and workmanship meet standards.
