Job summary

The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers is seeking a Membership Executive / Officer to process membership applications and coordinate the Professional Assessment for membership applications. You will support and manage the membership database system and provide secretarial support to the Committees and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum one year administrative experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese with Putonghua.
• Detail-oriented team player with ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office; hands-on experience with digital platforms preferred.
