Job summary

The Hong Kong Club is seeking a confident professional to assist the Director of Engineering in overseeing the maintenance and operation of all engineering services within the Club.

You will monitor standard procedures, renovation projects and technical systems, oversee contractor performance during routine maintenance, and lead a team while championing environmental health and safety and strong communication with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Confident in assisting Director of Engineering in overseeing the maintenance and operation of all engineering services within the Club
• Proficient in monitoring standard procedures, renovation projects and technical systems
• Experienced in overseeing contractor performance during routine maintenance and renovation works to ensure quality and adherence to schedules
• A strong leader who can supervise and support team members in their daily tasks
• A strong advocate of environmental health and safety in workplace
• An excellent communicator with strong communication and interpersonal skills
