Ideal candidates have a university degree, 8+ years of relevant experience, and strong coordination, communication, and bilingual English/Chinese abilities.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in marketing, PR, business administration, events or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of sports events to drive tourism economy is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing major events with the Senior Manager to align with HKTB goals.
• Address inquiries from event organisers promptly with clear information and assistance.
• Support mega events and ensure their successful integration and sustainability in Hong Kong’s event landscape.
• Serve as primary contact for organisers, understanding needs and providing support.
• Manage logistics including venue selection and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate permits and approvals with authorities for events.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies aligned with HKTB objectives.
• Monitor event progress and assist organisers to achieve objectives.
• Prepare pre- and post-event reports and communications.
• Source market intelligence and explore potential collaborations.
