Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Hong Kong seeks a Business Analyst to support the Vision Care Commercial Excellence team with sales operations excellence.

You will own dashboards and performance reporting, manage accruals and rebates, and support pricing, BPA agreements, and contract tracking.

Collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll drive data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
3–5 years in sales operations, commercial operations, business performance management, financial analysis, or a related field.
Experience supporting reporting, incentive administration, accruals, rebates, settlements, pricing, contract administration, or commercial governance processes.

Responsibilities

Own sales dashboards, recurring performance reporting, and data quality management.
Support business reviews, forecast tracking, and management reporting by highlighting key performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare accruals, rebate cycles, settlements, true-ups, reconciliations, and credit-note requests.
Maintain calculations, approvals, system processing, and issue resolution at payer and account level.
Prepare BPA agreements and amendments, coordinating Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial approvals.
Maintain rebate cycles, pricing, eligibility, contract-tracking, and audit records.
Assist in evaluating campaign and commercial investment efficiency using spend, uplift, ROI, and performance drivers.

We are searching for the best talent for Business Analyst

Purpose

Support the Hong Kong Vision Care Commercial Excellence team by driving sales operations excellence through business performance management and commercial process administration & governance.

You will be responsible for:

1. Business Performance Reporting & Management

Own sales dashboards, recurring performance reporting, and data quality management.
Support business reviews, forecast tracking, and management reporting by highlighting key performance trends, risks, and opportunities.

2. Accrual, Rebate & Settlement Operations

Prepare accruals, rebate cycles, settlements, true-ups, reconciliations, and credit-note requests.
Maintain calculations, approvals, system processing, and issue resolution at payer and account level.

3. BPA, Pricing & Eligibility Operations

Prepare BPA agreements and amendments, coordinating Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial approvals.
Maintain rebate cycles, pricing, eligibility, contract-tracking, and audit records.

4. Commercial Investment Review

Assist in evaluating campaign and commercial investment efficiency using spend, uplift, ROI, and performance drivers; recommend optimisation and future resource allocation.

5. Documentation, SOP & Compliance

Maintain audit-ready factsheets, approvals, control reports, and physical and digital records.
Own SOP updates, acknowledgements, training coordination, and compliance with approval and evidence requirements.

6. Ad Hoc Projects & Business Support

Support ad hoc analyses, cross-functional projects, and business initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations to support decision making and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.

Experience

3–5 years in sales operations, commercial operations, business performance management, financial analysis, or a related field.
Experience supporting reporting, incentive administration, accruals, rebates, settlements, pricing, contract administration, or commercial governance processes.
Experience working with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to support business planning and operational execution.
