EC Healthcare is seeking a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst to join its IT & Digital Transformation team. This role focuses on redesigning processes and building digital products using AI tools to speed up research, prototyping, and testing.

You will analyze workflows, map user journeys, write requirements, and collaborate with developers to navigate APIs and system logic while supporting UAT and AI-enabled experimentation in a healthcare context.

Formación

• 2–3 years (BA) or 4–5 years (Senior BA)
• Degree in IS, CS, Business, Psychology, or related field
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus)
• Curious, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on process improvements
• AI tool proficiency and strong communication skills

Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst

EC Healthcare is hiring a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst for its IT & Digital Transformation team. This is a problem-solving, hands-on role focused on redesigning processes and building digital products using AI tools to speed up research, prototyping, and testing.

Key Responsibilities

Problem Solving: Analyze workflows, data, and user needs to challenge current processes and propose scalable solutions.

Requirements & Design: Map user journeys, write requirements/user stories, build rapid prototypes, and test acceptance criteria.

Tech Collaboration: Work with developers to navigate technical constraints, APIs, and system logic; support UAT.

AI Integration: Leverage generative AI tools daily to accelerate research, prototyping, and documentation.

Requirements

Experience: 2-3 years (BA) or 4-5 years (Senior BA). Strong fresh graduates with sharp analytical skills are welcome.

Mindset: Curious, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and passionate about driving process improvements.

Skills: Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and AI tool proficiency.

Education & Language: Degree in IS, Computer Science, Business, Psychology, or related field. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus).

Bonus Points

Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries.

Tech/Design tools: SQL, APIs, Figma, Jira, Confluence, or BI tools.

Track record in hackathons, personal tech projects, or rapid prototyping.
