About the Role

This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end-to-end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Responsibilities

• Update the incoming quotation materials in Proposal System
• Prepare renewal invitation documents for Group Package Medical Product
• Provide full support for the Proposal Issuance and Delivery (including the renewal invitation documents)
• Perform general clerical duties
• Prepare the Monthly Turnaround Time Report
• Assist Manager to underwrite Individual Medical application
• Participate in ad hoc projects and system UAT
• Price the group medical quotations in a prudent and profitable manner
• Assist in striking the balance between the business top line and bottom line
• Deliver professional underwriting services for assessing new business applications and benefit upgrades of group medical business

Integrated Healthcare Strategy

• Assist Medical Insurance Business Line Leader and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to promote and deliver the organization’s value proposition
• Coordinate with other departments on reporting progress of developments in Integrated Healthcare Strategy (IHS)
• Assist in developing innovative IHS and wellness initiatives to support business development in Medical Insurance Business
