Job summary

Diagnostix Pathology Laboratories Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive day-to-day sales activities and achieve targets in Hong Kong. You will directly pitch and close opportunities, manage key accounts, and collaborate with clinical and lab teams to align with company strategy.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in medical sales, a strong network of medical professionals, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working experience in sales (in particular, in the medical field).
• Good network of medical or technical professionals is highly preferable.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• Excellent selling, communication and presentation skills.
• Good ability to listen to and understand client needs.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and managing existing customer accounts.
• Approach doctors/ laboratories or other appropriate health facilities to direct sales.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Directly pitch and close opportunities for customers and achieving sales target.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reporting.
• Identify newly established medical centers in their early stages and target sales.
• Build up and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Work closely with the management team, technical and administrative personnel to align with and support overall company strategy.
• Plan and implement strategy to increase awareness of the laboratory service.

Remuneration

• - Basic salary plus commission on completion of sales target.
• - Remuneration package commensurate with experience and performance.
