Qualifications

• Experience in media agency, digital media, or ad-tech platform.
• Experience in digital media planning or media solutions development.
• Knowledge of cross-border / outbound digital media ecosystems and HK landscape.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
• Experience delivering revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to evaluate, localize, and package media solutions for HK and outbound advertisers.
• Identify domestic gaps and design propositions covering addressable media, omnichannel, and data-driven targeting.
• Develop outbound frameworks and market-entry blueprints for cross-border clients.
• Identify opportunities for incremental investment with existing clients and support quarterly plans.
• Educate internal teams and clients on new solutions, product releases, and industry perspectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders as a trusted contact for media solutions.
• Support new business pitches with strategic planning and insights.
• Consolidate feedback to inform product roadmap and development.
