Job summary

Iprospect Hong Kong is seeking a driven Media Planner to optimize traditional and digital advertising budgets and deliver best-value solutions for clients. You will liaise with media vendors, coordinate materials, bookings, and post-campaign reporting to ensure accurate monthly billing.

You will monitor market trends, competitor moves, and changes in media consumption to propose innovative, out-of-the-box ideas.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above; Marketing or Media major preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; written and spoken.
• Detail oriented, organized, good with numbers.
• Team player with strong communication and self-motivation.
• Able to work under pressure with tight turnaround times.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Liaise with both traditional and digital media vendors on buying cost
• Optimization of media budget and provide the best value/solution for the client
• Participate in implementing an integrated traditional and digital advertising campaign from material co-ordination, booking, post campaign reporting/evaluation to monthly billing
• Keep monitoring the advertising market change, client's competitors' move and the transformation of media consumption behavior
• Initiate "out-of-box" ideas to your client

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in any discipline, major in Marketing or Media would be an advantage, Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin, both written and spoken language skills
• Detail oriented, organized and sensitive to numbers
• A good team player with good communication skills and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure with limited turnaround time
• Good PC skill, especially in excel, PowerPoint & internet operations, proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office
• Immediate available is preferred
