Job summary

Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a media coordinator to liaise with traditional and digital vendors, optimize media budgets and deliver best-value solutions for clients.

You will support integrated campaigns from material coordination to post-campaign reporting and monthly billing, monitor market trends, and propose innovative ideas to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Detail oriented, organized and numerical.
• Good team player with communication skills and self-motivation.
• Able to work under pressure with limited turnaround time.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with traditional and digital media vendors on buying costs.
• Optimize media budget to deliver best value for clients.
• Assist in integrated campaigns from coordination to billing.
• Monitor media market shifts and competitors' moves.
• Generate out-of-the-box ideas for clients.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with both traditional and digital media vendors on buying cost
• Optimization of media budget and provide the best value/solution for the client
• Participate in implementing an integrated traditional and digital advertising campaign from material co‑ordination, booking, post campaign reporting/evaluation to monthly billing
• Keep monitoring the advertising market change, client’s competitors’ move and the transformation of media consumption behavior
• Initiate “out‑of‑box” ideas to your client

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in any discipline, major in Marketing or Media would be an advantage, Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin, both written and spoken language skills
• Detail oriented, organized and sensitive to numbers
• A good team player with good communication skills and self‑motivated
• Able to work under pressure with limited turnaround time
• Good PC skill, especially in excel, PowerPoint & internet operations, proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office
• Immediate available is preferred
