Job summary

Iprospect Hong Kong is seeking a talented Digital Performance Marketing specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and Social channels. You will analyze data, generate actionable insights, and report results to clients with clear, compelling presentations.

The role requires 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in digital performance marketing (Search, Display, Social).
• Strong understanding of Performance Marketing / eCommerce.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic tools is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Good client-facing and communication skills.
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
