Iprospect in Hong Kong is seeking a digital marketing assistant to support SEM, SEO, display, social media, and affiliates campaigns. The role emphasizes data-driven optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. Fresh graduates are welcome; immediate availability is preferred. A 5-day work week with an attractive package is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop a solid knowledge across SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media and Affiliates by attending training, obtaining relevant qualifications and keeping up to date with industry news and developments.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize performance and ROI.
• Analyze digital marketing data, including website analytics, campaign metrics, and customer behavior, to extract valuable insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for strategic campaign optimization.
• Strategically assess campaign progress and make data-driven optimizations to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure consistent tracking and reporting of digital performance across channels.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in any discipline, major in Marketing or Media would be an advantage, Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin, both written and spoken language skills
• Detail oriented, organized and sensitive to numbers
• A good team player with good communication skills and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure with limited turnaround time
• Good PC skill, especially in excel, PowerPoint & internet operations, proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office
• Immediate available is preferred
